Brazil Beef Strip Loin - This is a whole boneless Sirloin of beef taken from Brazilian cattle which is reared on huge plains in an environment which is as open and natural as possible. The bones are removed forming a Striploin, which is ready to be roasted whole, or cut down into individual sirloin steaks. Approx. 6.5 Kg
